I am not qualified to judge how this brand compares to other brands of carob molasses. But as a topping for yogurt or a tahini-molasses spread, this is certainly worthy of trying.

Processed and not natural
They claim that it's 100% natural, but unlike natural carob molasses, this isn't smooth; you can see and feel the crunch of the ton of sugar that's been added to it. Yuck. Don't buy it.
