This is a new staple in my regimen. I was struggling with stomach/digestive issues and uncomfortable bloating, but this virtually eradicated those issues for me. My dermatologist actually recommended for my rosacea, and I did see slight improvement in that as well. This does require refrigeration. Would definitely recommend to folks with tummy issues!!

9/22 Update. I was pleasantly surprised as I reached out to Master Supplements. They have assured me that there were only a few outlier bottles produced and they would be happy to replace mine. There explanation was that there have been supply chain shortages, but the "swapped" out strain arse blends with the original strains and still of high quality. Raising my rating due to their attentive response. Please see the photos displaying the formulation changes. Last week, I almost visited the Emergency room due to severe abdominal pain and in investigating root causes, I discovered that my recently purchased bottle of TruBifido has been reformulated. While the Genus and Species remain the same, the strains have all been completely changed. After reading studies, I began using BI-04 to manage my allergies and previously, this supplement had the largest dose I was able to locate and worked fabulously for me related to allergies and gut health. Now, my new bottle contains no BI-04 and sadly, my sinuses and belly are not happy at all. I believe that Master Supplements is a reputable company and these may well be high-grade replacement strains, but they are not compatible for me personally.

I have a sensitive digestive system and rely on an extremely strict diet for minimal discomfort... however then still, there are times when I get in an influx of inflammation and gas. Since taking this product, my symptoms have been more at ease. It isn't a standalone cure of any kind, however I fully support this brand for high quality and effectiveness.
