So, at 61 years old and multiple injuries and surgeries to my left knee and leg...I hit the wall in May. Hardly able to walk any longer I went through the series of joint supplement shots, 5 to be exact. No good. With walking and attempting to continue going up and down stairs and make it through the day, I continued with severe pain, so much so that my lower back began to hurt all the time as well. Back to the doctor who told me I was bone on bone. My x-ray with a giant screw already in place from a past injury, looked awful. Bone spurs and yep, bone on bone in the joint. I was wearing a tens unit turned wide open all day long and still looked like I was dragging a broken leg and pain with every step that I took. Looking for every option I could find I ran across this wonder. I began taking them as indicated and was also given a steriod shot in the meantime...which lasted about 3 days. Still I continued taking these. At week 4, I began to notice a difference. I am now at week 6 and my pain level has gone from a very large 10 to 11 ..to almost zero. Im walking normally, my back never hurts. I have at times experienced a little pain, maybe a 1 or 2....but 99% of the time it remains zero. So glad to have found this and still ordering. I cannot promise that it will work for everyone but for me, I am very comfortable now and surgery is off the table, thankfully. I can only hope that anyone trying this gets the same results. I will echo so other comments. Take it as directed, be patient and give it time. "Time" may be different for some, I have seen other get results faster but their condition may not have been as dire as mine. It literally does work for me and I will continue taking it as long as it will provide relief. Just to walk is such a blessing. Best wishes to anyone else thinking about trying it. I am posting this because I want anyone to know that it gave me results and I hope that it does for you as well.

Very easy to swallow capsule. Works well in keeping my sore knees in check. Downside is that you have to take 4 capsules a day. I tried on taking 2 but it doesn't work as well. I've tried other brands similar product and it doesn't work as well.

This product is fabulous. I am 71 years old. When I play golf the next day my knees would be stiff. So I did some research and ordered the Movewell. Now, any day I play golf I take two capsules of the Movewell. The next morning my knees feel great.

Disappointed that this Magnesium Glycinate has bad ingredients like maltodextrin that raises blood sugar faster than regular sugar. Also has toxic seed oils that are usually extracted with HEXANE, like Sunflower Lecithin, Palm and or Sunflower Oil. These are not active ingredients and are totally unnecessary. Why is it so hard to find anything without these nasty ingredients???

I've made a few hundred purchases on Amazon...this is my first review. I have never had a reason to review an item until now. Because I must let people know how this supplement change my life. I've been taking this for 2 months- and at the 1-month mark, I could tell it's been working. Now after 2 months- it's almost as if it's completely solved issues in my knee. About 8 years ago I had a major ACL tear, that was not medically dealt with (self-healed. I know, I'm an idiot.) Over the years, because of this, more trauma surrounding the knee has occurred. I am also an avid Spin Class goer. 2 months ago, I had a MAJOR flare up, zero mobility, tons of fluid, causing pain and issues into my calf and thigh. I started taking better care of the leg overall. But I know that once I added this product into my routine, THIS was the thing that has helped it most. My mobility is amazing. I almost feel like I have a completely new leg!! 11/10 recommend!
