Do you use this with water, before or after application? Do you need to wear gloves or face mask when using it?

I do not use gloves. I just put the brass cleaner into a fiber blend cloth and rub it on my brass item and then use a clean fiber cloth to wipe off the cleaner and polish the item. No need to use water. I really like this product. Also no need to wear a mask. There is no offensive odor or fumes to burn your eyes

Will this clean jewelry that has turned pink?

I'm not sure about that, but I would start with a metal polish like this one to try and restore the original shine and luster.

How many weeks does the polish last?

Initially it is a bright brass color. In two or three weeks it begins to turn a darker patina.
