I've just been using the nutribody Green Coffee Bean Extract . for 10 days now and I haven't seen any results. Since there are no adverse effects, I'll continue using it till the bottle is empty. I must admit I just used it twice a day. I can't seem to remember to take it 3 times a day on an empty stomach. Diner is usually outside, and i forget to take the capsules with me.I do seem to be less hungry during the day.

I have stopped gaining weight but not losing yet. I am combining with Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract so I will see if that works better. Just starting 2nd bottle. Will update after 3rd bottle. I really like the follow up email with more detailed instructions. Nice touch.NJ Correia

I am now on my second bottle (well half way through it anyway) - I must say that you do notice the boost in metabolism. It's a small boost - but it is noticeable. Also - your appetite is slightly suppressed to where if you're running a bit behind on your next meal (say if you eat every 2 - 3 hours) you won't go on a binge! I am taking this as a part of a fat burning stack so I can't speak to it's effectiveness just by itself. I will say that you have to realize that this is a SUPPLEMENT and that it is not a MAGICAL CURE ALL PILL FOR FAT LOSS!! Smart supplementation, resistance training, balanced nutrition, and some cardiovascular activity and you'll SAFELY and effectively loose your body fat.

Although I have been taken this product faithfully as required, I have to confess that I haven't been drinking that amount of water or doing any exercises! So, I really can't say if this product works as claimed or not..

After going through all the above comments, purchased this product. I used it regularly along with nutribody pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract, overall i reduced by 5 pounds in a month. I suggest to give it a try.

So far so good, haven't seen a significant weight loss as of yet but it does give you energy without the gitters and I have lost a couple pounds with it in the last few weeks.

when I do use this product as directed, along with the 80% garcinia cambogia, I feel that it assists me with getting through times of emotional eating, thereby, saving me money on groceries, and hopefully burning excess fat cells in the process. I no longer want to eat for the sake of eating, and only at the appropriate times of the day and evening for nutritional health. Also, I've noticed a decrease in inches in my waist, and my clothes are not as tight with minimal, low impact exercise (when I'm physically able to exercise). I will continue to take and monitor my progress with this product.
