I'm not sure about the adhesive, but, according to the website, the cotton cloth is made in the USA.

is there a difference between the colors?

No, it is the same tape, the different colors are for color preference. I have used black, blue, pink and the gold (tan). This is a very good quality tape and will stay on for 3-5 days or more as specified.

Why is this labeled finger print tape? is it different than the regular tape?

I think its because it kind of looks like a fingerprint when you stretch it? That's my best guess?

Are these tapes precut?

No. The tape comes in a roll. You need to cut them to the length and width that you want.
