Quick and Easy
I Looooove the steaming quality of this little machine, but I do not like the hanging mechanism. There is a flaw in the design. This steamer looks nice, holds a lot of water, lasts for a long time, heats up quickly, has height adjustment, the hanger pivots, and it is easy to use (except for the hanger). One other thing I dislike is that it doesn't have an auto shutdown.

High quality and reasonable price
This steamer is great! Heats up fast, and is very easy to use. Very handy having the integral hanger for shirts, pants and dresses. Completely removes wrinkles...as long as you keep the hose vertical, very little spitting or leakage.

Lightweight, easy to use, and get the wrinkles out
I love this steamer way more than I should! It isn't heavy, even when full of water, so I have no trouble moving it where I need it to be. It's so easy to use. It heats up quickly and then you point the nozzle at your garments and off you go. It produces a very fine mist, so you don't wind up with water droplets dripping off your fabrics and onto the floor (a problem I did have with a different manufacturer's product). I used this on my linen blend drapes that my husband decided to hang before I could press them. One fill of the tank got me a little over an hour and a half of continuous steaming before I had to stop to refill. That made me very happy! The only thing I would change about this product would be a longer hose for reaching to the tops of drapes. However, it is identified as a garment steamer, so I know I shouldn't have expected it to have that type of hose. It would be nice to have that as an accessory available for purchase, though. If you want to steam out some wrinkles and freshen your clothes and your house, then this is the steamer for you!

Product was defective but company made it right
UPDATE- Company reached out to me and made this right. They apologized as this is not a normal accurance with the machine nor customer service. As a customer you want great customer service and this company did just that! Thank you for reaching out and providing a solution to my problem. So I was really excited to finally purchase a steamer and i was quite disappointed with this unit! Upon setting it up and filling it with distilled water, I plugged the unit in and there really wasn't much steam coming out. I waited a good 10 mins and during that time the machine kept making a clanking noise constantly. I tried steaming a shirt and the steamer head just kept dripping water onto my shirt and like I said, hardly no steam. So I'm not sure if I just received a defected unit or not but I called Amazon and Amazon connected me to the company. I wasn't sure if I wanted to try an exchange or a full return. The lady seemed nice and seemed concerned but then the phone was disconnected. I requested another call from mfg and this time another lady who seemed like she could care less told me to just call Amazon! I explained to her the issue and what my concerns were and how I was debating whether I should do an exchange or not. She basically kept telling me the same thing, to call Amazon and either exchange or get a refund. I wanted to know if this was a common issue or have some assurance. Guess not so that answered my question. Return for a full refund! I want a company to have good customer support and care about the customer and stand by there product. This didn't happen so I cannot give them another try. My suggestion would be to keep looking at other steamers and check reviews.

Excellent steamer with thoughtful upgrades, but skip the used option
I bought this to replace my old HAPAIS standing garment steamer after my puppy chewed through the power cord.Since I already had another 1800W standing steamer, I was able to compare the two side by side, and this one definitely has some major improvements. The first thing I loved is the foot pedal power switch. My old steamer didnโt have one, so I always had to remember to unplug it after every use. Being able to simply step on the pedal to turn it on and off is so much more convenient, especially considering I can now keep the steamer plugged in at all times (the unplugged cord is what caused my pup to find it wobbling around and start messing with it).I also really like the shirt hanger and pants hanger combination. My previous steamer only had a shirt hanger, so having the built-in pants clips is a nice upgrade.Another huge improvement is the 3L water tank. My old one only held 2L, so being able to steam longer without constantly stopping to refill is a big plus. It also produces about 90 minutes of continuous steam compared to my previous steamerโs 60 minutes. One feature I especially appreciate is the drain plug. My old steamer didnโt have one, and cleaning the tank once mineral buildup started forming was a pain. This one also explains in the manual how to clean it with a vinegar and water solution, which I thought was a thoughtful addition and should help extend the life of the steamer. The height is probably one of my favorite upgrades. My previous steamer extended to about 58 inches, while this one reaches 78 inches. Iโm 5โ8โ and my husband is 6โ0โ, so we constantly found ourselves bending over with the old one. The extra height makes steaming much more comfortable.I also love that this model has wheels. My previous steamer didnโt, so moving it around the house was always awkward. The included crease/brush attachment is another nice feature. It makes it much easier to add crisp creases to pants and dress shirts. My only complaint is that I wish there was somewhere on the steamer itself to store the attachment when itโs not being used. I can easily see it getting misplaced over time. The larger steam head surprised me too. My old steamer had 10 smaller steam holes, while this one only has 6, but theyโre much larger. The steaming surface is also noticeably wider, so it actually covers more fabric at once and finishes garments faster. There were a few things that werenโt immediately intuitive. At first I thought there wasnโt a front hanger hook because all I saw was the large lock/unlock knob. I actually tried hanging a hanger over that before realizing, after reading the manual and looking back at the product photos, that the knob rotates to unlock the hanger assembly. Once I figured it out it made sense, but I donโt think itโs very obvious at first glance.I also had to look at the manual to figure out how the pants hanger attached to the shirt hanger because it wasnโt immediately self-explanatory.My biggest disappointment was that this steamer only has one steam setting. My previous steamer offered multiple steam levels for different fabrics, and since I wear a lot of silk and delicate materials, I do miss having that control. It steams very well, but I do find myself being a little more cautious with delicate fabrics.Another feature I miss is the small ironing board and heat-resistant glove that came with my previous steamer. I didnโt use them often, but they were nice for laying clothes flat, especially when pressing my kidsโ school uniforms or having my older kids use the glove to safely learn how to steam their own clothing. I knew this model didnโt include those accessories before purchasing, so it wasnโt a deal breaker, but I definitely miss having them available. One thing I also wish this model had is an automatic shutoff. Some of the other steamers I looked at offered that feature, and while I ultimately chose this one because of the taller height, larger tank, wheels and crease attachment, an auto shutoff would provide extra peace of mind if you ever forgot to turn it off.My biggest complaint honestly has nothing to do with the steamer itself.I purchased the used version to save about $30 ($119 used vs. $149 new). Iโve purchased used items from Amazon many times before and theyโve always been in excellent condition, so I felt comfortable doing it again.Unfortunately, this one arrived with leftover water residue, white buildup inside the tank, fuzz and even hair stuck in the brush attachment. It honestly looked like someone simply packed it back into the box after using it without cleaning anything first. Being pregnant, that was especially off-putting from a cleanliness standpoint.Thankfully, everything works properly, but the condition was honestly pretty gross. Had I known it would arrive like this, I absolutely wouldโve spent the extra $30 for a new one instead. It didnโt feel like any quality inspection had been done before it was resold.Overall, I think this would have easily been a 4-star product if it had arrived clean and in better condition. It has a lot of thoughtful upgrades over my previous steamer, and I actually prefer many of its features. However, the lack of multiple steam settings, the missing auto shutoff and especially the poor condition of the used item knocked it down for me.If youโre buying new, I think youโll probably be very happy with it. If youโre considering buying used, Iโd personally spend the extra money and purchase it new instead.

very Happy with my purchase,.heats up quickly and does a great job on wrinkles
It was very easy to assemble . I purchased some distilled water for the tank,,,the tank does get used up quickly because of how much the steam is coming out...there is no way to decrease or increase the amount of steam to lesser or lower amount of steam but you can pause it while you are arranging the clothing. I like how compact it is while also being a full sized steamer...definitely recommend this....it's lightweight and the steam does come out super hot so I suggest being careful of putting your hands in front of where the steam is.

Faulty item
It didnโt work even for a day

Happy with this product
My wife is loving this new steamer. I will say however that the water container could be better designed to accommodate filling it. A flat top would help stabilize it instead of trying to find a suitable position in the sink.

The steamer is efficient and works well. However, its design is not very practical. The power cord is too short, making it less convenient to use, and it lacks a handle, making it difficult to move from one place to another.
