The 144hz refresh on my 1440p monitor was not changed or degraded by adding this adapter. The wall mount I just bought puts the monitor too close to the wall for the rear facing video connectors. An ordinary DP or hdmi cable could not turn sharp enough. With this adapter, there is room to spare (the hdmi cable isn't the limiting factor in how close the monitor fits to the wall). Having a spare will be convenient. I use and move around a lot of computer monitors. I don't really care about up vs. down when using one of these. But in case it does turn out to matter, it is nice that these are one of each.

Our TV broke and I had an unused 4k computer monitor with speakers. The monitor was flush mounted so there was no room for a hdmi cable. These did the trick. They were the cheapest at the time on amazon. My only gripe is I wished both were 90 degrees facing down. The cheapest at our local walmart was 5 dollars for one, this was 5 dollars for 2. one of the hdmi cable runs up and I just have it wrap around the mounting bracket, but again, wished I did not have to do that. WARNING, we used this for ps4 which is not hdmi 2.1, these adapters do not handle hdmi 2.1, you will need to get the more expensive adapter.

Simples, en apariencia de buena calidad y tamaño comedido lo cual facilita su uso. Hay poco que decir es un acople en "L" (90º) el cual es funcional para acomodar cables o adaptadores HDMI que por su tamaño no se logran acomodar como uno quisiera. Son prácticos para dispositivos montados sobre soportes VESA donde el espacio con la pared es importante poder aprovecharlo de la mejor forma.
