Field Testing
Top quality and sturdy. Assembly is easy. One batch of charcoal and the grill stays hot for a long time. Temperature is easy to control. Easily cooks 8 large sausages or 4 medium sized steaks. Amazing results are possible. Wipe down with a rag and vegetable oil before and afterwards. Store in a reasonably dry place. With good simple care, I expect to get decades of good use.

A quality cast iron grill easy to assemble, already seasoned and ready to go.
It took 8 days to arrive from the US to the UK. The grill is superwell made ,consisting of 4 parts ,plus 2 handles. Two bolts hold the coal pan onto the base solidly with no wobble ( one review said it wobbled, either they screwed it on wrong/ put the washers in the wrong place or Lodge have fixed it ) The slide in ash pan & air vent does fit either way so make sure it is correct by checking vent is fully closed in the closed position. Other than that it is good to go. .It is a little pricey with import tax, but it is so well made that as long as it isn't allowed to rust out in the garden it will last a lifetime, and if you are going to use it a lot then you may as well buy something that is a pleasure to use

Amazing Habachi BBQ. Best in class !!
If you are looking for a Habachi style BBQ that one is the best. Cast iron, sturdy, grills very well. Note of caution, it does get very hot so it must rest on something able to handle the heat.

Amazing. My husband is obsessed with it!
Bought this for my husband without knowing anything about grills. He has used it sooo many times and was shocked by its high quality. I wanted something portable because he loves to camp and fish. I’d give it more stars if I could. Assembly took less than a minute because the parts are all sturdy and ready to go. It is quite heavy which for us is a plus because we know this will last forever.
