Premium Seamless Knit Pants - 2XL/3XL (5 Packs of 2)

I purchased these to wear after a laparoscopic hysterectomy: these were the ones the hospital sent me home in, and by far the most comfortable medical/mesh underwear I’ve found. All the other types I tried were SO TIGHT AND PAINFUL on fresh abdominal incisions. For reference, I’m 5’4” and 150lbs, and these were the ONLY KIND AND SIZE of medical underwear I found that did not irritate, restrict, and cut into the waist. My advice: buy the biggest size possible (this size.). The last thing you want when you’re already sore is more discomfort, and trust me no matter the brand or type these run SMALL, so GET THE BIGGEST SIZE. FYI: these have the gray and purple double threads on the waistband.

The product runs a little small. They were purchased for someone that wears a 2x so I thought these should be more than adequate since they state 2x/3x. There's no way these are 2x/3x. They are tight and not comfortable for the patient however they do keep the dressings in place.

Most definitely not a double or triple large. Extremely tight in the legs too. I bought this larger size because I needed a roomier fit than the hospital XL sized mesh undies after surgery . I'm a s/mUgh.
