I’m 49 years old and have always been active and lucky enough to not suffer any major injuries. Until now old age finally caught up with me and I developed tendinitis in my right knee. I suffered in pain for six weeks thinking rest would heal it before I finally went to see a orthopedic doctor. He gave me the diagnosis of tendinitis or jumpers knee he also called it. He prescribed physical therapy for me. I started the very next day just doing some very simple exercises that felt like I was doing nothing. After a couple sessions of this the pain had gotten a lot worse. I told my PT about it and he told me he was going to tape up my knee to help stabilize it and push up the knee cap. He used Rock Tape on me. I was amazed at the results. The pain was gone. It worked so much better than any knee braces or sleeves that I had been trying to alleviate the pain. The next day I looked for Rock Tape on Amazon and found it but was a little taken back at the price. I then saw a competitor’s version Stark Tape for less than half the price. It had excellent reviews so I figured I would give it a shot. I tried it out and was happy to find out it worked just as good as the Rock Tape for the pain relief. But was even more pleasantly surprised that it seemed to hold up longer than the Rock Tape. I can get about five days with the Stark and only about three with the Rock. I am very happy with this product and will purchase again.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered this great product. It really works well. Ease to use, perfect size for knees and shoulders. It will last a week before you have to replace it.

used for the 1st few of weeks after I dislocated my shoulder ... never used Kinesiology tape before, and purchased in bulk because $20 for 1 small'ish roll was BS, especially when I knew I'd be using multiple applications. This stuff adhered well, stayed in place for a couple of days, and helped provide stability. Being bulk tape, the edges frayed a bit, but is easily tidied up with scissors. Peeled off fairly easily after a shower, and maybe left a little bit of red marks here & there, but nothing to be concerned with. Solid purchase.

This sticks very Well..,almost too well for me! Haha. Hurts when I take it off! I’m extra sensitive to adhesive though.

I hate taking meds for pain relief. I'm always looking for more natural ways to relieve the pain. I have OA and my physical therapist showed me how to tape my knees on my own. The kinesiology tapes can be expensive, but this roll is a great value. I can cut the strips to whatever size I need and the neutral color is nice. The tape can stay in place for a couple of days if needed. Take the time to smooth it into place and it won't come loose. Still very easy to pull off the skin when you're done with it.

I am revising due to last shipment. There is an issue this time with the adhesive. The attached picture was taken less then an hour after application. I missed my return window but have reach out to Stark. I would still purchase again this has done wonders for my Lymphedema in my left arm from cancer. For the first time in 9 years my arm is smalle, I can feel my elbow . It works much better then my 20/30 compression sleeves. it also helps my clothing fit much better. the only issue I have run into is skin peeling on the under part of my arm. the picture did not pick up the redness.

I got an allergy on this manufarturer's type of kinesio tape, so I will not be able to use it. Usually I never had any allergy. But it stays well on a body for several days, works good, reduces pain as all kinesio tapes.

I have been using various brands of sports tape over the past two years and starktape is definitely the best. Great adhesion and just the right thickness to have an effect. Highly recommended.
