Great for the insomniac. These magnesium pills work by making me relaxed to fall asleep. An added benefit is they keep you more regular in daily bathroom visits. No upset stomach Take just before bedtime.

Husband tolerates this better than any other form of magnesium and I think we've tried them all. Appreciated small dose pill and very small size.

Good product howver the pills (not capsules) are a bit large making them harder to swallow.

Product came in dark glass bottle to preserve product.

This stuff has been a game changer for me! Talk about regular. It’s a lot of pills- four a day. They’re a little big but can probably break in half. I never go without!
