Great product but poor packaging!
Great product! But packaging was done poorly this time. I expect packaging to be at its best especially for certain products! The bottle top opened and it poured out every where in the bag! Inspect the product! If you think it’ll open then slap some tape on it! Ok as for the product it self definitely does it’s job. My hair is soft and silky!

Strong, old-lady floral smell
I have used keune shampoo and conditioner for a couple of years and am generally satisfied with the results. I bought this conditioner instead of my usual (keratin smooth) because I thought it might be good for my colored hair and it was a little less horribly expensive. Bad choice. As soon as I opened it, I was hit by the strong floral smell, which doesn’t improve by being slathered all over the head. It’s like your great-aunt Milly went to CVS and went crazy in the scent aisle. If your nose doesn’t work, you might consider this product. Otherwise, I recommend you browse along.
