Thick, Grainy, Delicious
My only complaint about this is that the price ($69 for 8.75oz) seems steep. That being said, I'm mostly concerned with honey as a food product and there are a lot of health claims with these types of honey that are beyond my ability to test or confirm.However, from a food standpoint, this is delicious and absolutely top notch. The honey is thick and a golden color that almost looks like it has flecks of gold suspended in it. The flavor is sweet and delicious and the grainy texture is just how you remember it as a kid when mom bought the really good stuff. Really, eating this honey (where on toast, with yogurt, etc.) is just an excellent experience. If not for the price, I'd rate this 5 stars. If you're not concerned with the price, then you won't regret ordering this.

Immune system boost
This is expensive but I have now bought it six times in a row, I think - I genuinely believe it has made a difference to my immune system. Obviously there is no way I can be absolutely certain it's the honey,but since I've been taking a teaspoon every day I have been suffered from far fewer coughs, colds and viruses than I used to. I felt like I was constantly under the weather at one point, so I thought I'd try this and (touch wood!) it seems to have made a real difference.
