A: It would be possible to lengthen the hose, but you are dealing with full water pressure and you would have to use a hose that was rated for pressure so it would not rupture. A fitting inserted into the hose and secured by a hose clamp would work to connect the hoses but you would most likely need a converter to allow the attachment of a hose with garden hose threads at the faucet.

I am a seasoned stylist and this shampoo bowl is 1. Uncomfortable for my clients. 2. Not sturdy 3. Not great for people with short necks. 4. Many other reasons I will state. The hose is too light weight so it comes out if you use a bucket for the water to go in. Water will get EVERYWHERE. You have to keep emptying the bucket during the washing process. This is all based on using it in a kitchen. The sink is too high for the hose to stay in and drain. Would not recommend.
