Bag holds up great for everyday abuse for use with rucking and weightlifting. Have one filled with sand that's a bit more firm, and another filled with gravel that is softer. Inner bag easy to fill and secure in place. Dropped multiple times and stitching holds up.

Found this bag as a budget alternative to the name brands and I have not been disappointed. The bag comes with one large fill sack which I filled with subsequent mini sacks that I made out of cheese cloth and loads of duct tape (a bit ghetto, but effective). I filled each bag with a combination of rubber mulch, sand, and pea gravel. With this combination, I was able to get the bag up to 83 pounds. Unless you are using a more dense material, 100 pounds is kind of difficult to get into the fill sack. I may fill the outer bag with more rubber mulch and see how it changes the weight, but 83 pounds is good enough for a good burner of a workout and is more than the average person would need. Excellent quality for this bag and plenty of handles! A+
