I was having tension headaches for about two weeks and after four days of using this product twice a day, I am in MUCH better shape. Pretty much no headache. But I have enjoyed the little ritual of warming it up and wrapping it around my neck so much that I think I might just continue. The lavender smell is subtle, which I prefer.

I read the reviews thoroughly before buying, so I knew what this product was and the possible issues. It is heavy. Warms well in the microwave if you use 4-5 30 second cycles. Feels great when applied and does work to alleviate neck strain. Needs to be reheated after 10-20 minutes.

This provides great coverage for neck and shoulders. I’m afraid I didn’t read all the instructions and melted the plug where the seeds were inserted. Consequently, I needed to buy a new one because the plugs melted and the heat wrap was ruined! My fault so read your instructions carefully!

I'd recommend this heating pad for anyone with neck and shoulder pain. The contours of the pad fit the neck/shoulder muscles well and the beads inside have a good weight to help the pad sit firmly and deliver the heat. It holds the heat pretty well over a 15-20 minute period. On top of all that, it smells good too. I've been doing physical therapy on my neck/shoulders and using this pad at home. It works better than what my therapist uses :-)
