I am 5'2" 140lbs and 28in waist I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly and is much more comfortable than I anticipated. After wearing only a few times I am starting to see results and it is even helping with my back! I work in Healthcare field and constantly lifting and moving patients takes a tole on my body. I wear this while I'm at work and it is the perfect support and solution for me. It's a monster to put on with all of those tiny latches in front, and the rubbery feel of the fabric just rubs me the wrong way. My skin smelled like it after I tried it on, so it had to go.
