Listen to the other reviews regarding the install. Other than that, bought a lock for the tailgate to go with this. It was a good purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to Install, But Customer Service Was Worthless *by Y***E on Reviewed in the United States on 18 January 2022* Instructions were acceptable but left some gaps in how to install. There were no instructions on how to screw down the buckle receivers. I described my problem in minute detail and received a bag of parts that had nothing to do with my inquiry. Then a 2" x 2" adhesive foam patch fell off the panel that closes over the tailgate. Pretty hard to mess this one up, especially if you have an exploded parts diagram. Nope. I received even plastic parts that don't even go with this cover and no patches. Can't even figure out what they are there for as they don't come in contact with anything.Overall, installation was pretty good, I figured out my problems and I managed to buy it before the price went up $200. It looks great now, is water tight and does the job. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As advertised.
