It is a closed system. **Q: Description says "CND Solar Oil & RescueRxx Nail and Cuticle Care" but 4 of the 5 pictures only show the Solar Oil pen. Is the RescueRxx pen included?** A: There is only one item included. It is the solar oil pen. It is possible they wrote the description very poorly and meant for it to mean one item. Now that I look closer, it is definitely deceiving. **Q: New applicator pen not working. Nothing comes out! What’s the trick to get this to work?** A: I remember it was hard to get it working at first. Have you tried twisting the yellow top of the pen several times.
