Nice small bowls
Love these bowls. Great for rice and tiny salads. If you are looking for a soup “bowl” I would consider this more of a large cup, so not using it for cereal or oatmeal. Well painted and dishwasher safe.

Pretty midsized bowls for
Nice classic Japan themed bowls, not too big, great for portion control on snacks and ice cream. Big enough for soup, ice cream, cereal servings for smaller appetites. Stand up to dishwasher just fine and so far no chips or other durability issues. Colors are pleasing and bright without being garish.

These are tiny. They look like normal sized bowls in the photos, but not in reality. You're not going to fit much in these. Not worth the cost. They are beautifully painted though.
