We noticed that the steam is not as strong as in our old Bosch. The water tank is removable and it is smaller than our previous iron making it easy to fill & empty and easy to store. It has a catch that keeps the iron on the base when store or being carried which helps a lot. The iron warms up in about a minute (even though the manual say it takes two). Much lighter than our old one. Apparently you can use it as a vertical steamer too. If you want an iron not too expensive this is the one. Yeah I know there are orhers much cheaper but for the others I wasn't too impressed so this fit the bill. Review: Some good points! - 2nd try at replacing our old Morphy Richards steam iron. We like the lighter weight and the fact you can stand it on it's edge. One downside is the slot to fix the iron on top of the unit. It does not always slot onto the unit.
