A: I  am having a problem with this order, the original  order was not received, but billed.  When I re-ordered, they asked me to return the first order, which was never received. A: We used both the ones with tabs and without.  Since these are pictured with tabs, I would assume they do have them.

**Q: I weigh 190 lbs and message 5,3  what size do I need  for  bariatric  briefs?**
A: I'd guess XL or XXL, depending on your shape. XXL works for someone 6 foot tall and weighs between 240-265.
