Is the unit waterproof ?

Pretty much yes. The main unit is waterproof, the base of the unit where the power charger plugs in appears to be waterproof as I poured water in it to see and had no issues. I wash the whole unit under water every use as I dislike toothpaste build up.

Yes, I believe. And I say that because if there's a certain amount of too much pressure applied, it will give a short, temporary pause.

I did not get a charger. What do I do?

I got the charger but not the part that goes into the wall socket. Send the makers a request for the charger or you can purchase one
