Sun-In with Lemon, Spray-In Hair Lightener, 4.7 Ounce by Sun-In

I dont care that its no longer the 90s, this is still my go-to post shower spray. It helps keep my blonde hair bright, without being yellow, especially in between salon appointments and touchups.

MEN: 1: Wet hair down pad with a towel until damp and not soaking wet. 2: Squirt a teaspoon into hand work into hair. 3: Blow dried until dry. This heat makes the product work (whole process should take around 3-4min). Repeat steps 1-3 until you see lighter hair shades. Took me 10min to notice a difference and 20min You can do this if you are outside for a few hours. Repeat steps 1 & 2 if you are using the sun to dry your hair. (you use slightly less product this way for better results, but it takes longer)

Having always been blonde and an outdoor person, I never had to use anything like this and never colored my hair. Now that I don’t spend as much time in the sun, my hair sometimes looks drab and is a dirty blonde with some dark red in it. I discovered that Sun In was still available, remembering that my friends in high school used it and started to use it regularly. When I started going to a new hairdresser, she asked me who does my color and said it was beautiful! She has told me that your hair color determines the color you get, and luckily my hair is very light sensitive, so the sun itself does a lot of the work but Sun In is really the star. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it and it can get dry and damaged easily, but Sun In does not seem to affect it using my regular shampoo and conditioner.

This product is exactly how I remember it from years ago! I was looking to add a few beachy but natural highlights to my hair and I remembered this product....and it still works! I have put it in my hair (which is a light brown) a few times and my hair has definitely gotten lighter. Reading the instructions you can also use a blowdryer after application as well. Smell is ok, could definitely improve there, but it's not a game changer. Hair felt really soft after both usages which I was happy about as I didn't want it drying my hair out too much. Overall, if you're wanting natural blond highlights, this product works!

I love this product. I am in my 60's with blond hair. I have never dyed my hair but have been using this product since the 80's a couple of times a month. My hair looks great and very natural.

Great deal after 3 uses with a hair dryer my hair is 3 shades lighter starting from brown. Paired with purple shampoo it’s doing exactly what I needed it for and a great price

What can I say? I love my Sun In. I have been doing my own hair since COVID and this product has enabled me to NOT dye my hair or go to a salon. I hope it never changes.
