Like sucking on a pill
I can't say how effective it is as a probiotic but what I can say is that it is a terrible lozenge. It is pill shaped and like a pill it's pretty much compressed powder. Sucking on it was unpleasant and did nothing but dry my mouth out which makes consuming it as a lozenge hard. I got the lemon flavored ones and the taste of lemon is very light. With the flavoring being so light I don't imagine it would be to much trouble to take even if you don't like the flavor.

One week of usage and I can feel results
Had gingivitis and seems like these are helping. Started using them a week ago or so and can feel less pain and no bloody gums

Im Vergleich zur der "originalen" Mint-Variante von Luvbiotics fehlt hier der gefühlte Frische-Effekt. Das künstliche Zitronenaroma bleibt im Mund zurück und hinterlässt seinerseits einen zwiespältigen Geschmack.
