I bought the Vax Duo Spot Wash mainly for valeting my car and I’m really impressed with it. It’s compact, easy to set up and has plenty of suction power to lift dirt and stains from seats, carpets and floor mats. I used it on some stubborn marks that I didn’t think would come out, and it left everything looking much fresher and cleaner. The separate clean and dirty water tanks make it simple to use, and the hose is long enough to comfortably reach around the car. It also dries surfaces surprisingly quickly, so you’re not left with soaking wet seats afterwards. Overall, it’s a great investment if you regularly clean your own vehicle and want professional-looking results without paying for a valet every time. Definitely worth the money and I’d happily recommend it.

Suction power = 10/10 The vacuum is incredibly strong and even after soaking the carpet and brushing it before running over it the unit did a fantastic job of pulling up i'd say about 95% of the moisture, I've used standing carpet extractors before which have left my carpet feeling damp and rather wet - this unit is miles better by comparison and is even cheaper, the carpet isn't bone dry but with how slightly moist it is it will dry up pretty quickly. Ease of installation and use = 10/10 Unboxing it is simple, you get a few bags with the spare brush and extractor heads, clip the head you want onto the handle, install the two hose clips to the lower front and back of the unit for keeping the hose tidy in storage, unclip the clean water tank and fill her up - be careful not to go the maximum as there is a breathing port just above the fill valve that will shoot a jet of water out if you encourage it to, plug her in clip the brush extractor attachment you want onto the handle and flip the switch and you're on your way. Self cleaning feature and cleaning routine = 10/10 Once you're done you remove the brush head and stick the handle into the self cleaning port at a downward angle and the unit cleans itself which is very simple and easy, removing the dirty water tank and unclipping the top half to empty it and give it a rinse is simple enough, there is a small screen under the dirty water tank you need to clean of any hairs or debris and it looks like you may need to remove the screen to remove the plate to remove it for a deep clean otherwise just picking off anything there is easy as a lot of the fine debris goes into the dirty water tank. I'm very impressed with how effective the unit is, it's nicely built and easy to use and does a great job at extracting the cleaning solution from a carpet, I can't wait to use it inside my car to deepclean the seats and floormats. The dirty water tank has a max volume marker which looks to be about 60% so it won't hold a full 1 litre of fluid as it will begin spilling out of the tank at the very bottom, so do be mindful to empty the tank, i'd say for every 1ltr (full) water tank, you can get two dirty water tanks out of it by going to the half way point at around 500ml's. I was shocked at how nasty the dirty water tank was and how much sediment seemed to have formed in the tank. After comparing more expensive options like Bissell units and a few other cheaper alternatives I'm extremely glad to have purchased this bit of equipment, I have no negative points to make about it as it's incredibly well designed. It's as loud as a hoover, it's not uncomfortably loud but it's not silent as it has what a 1000w or more motor pulling a vacuum, it's moving a lot of air so it's going to be noisy. over all 5 golden stars as this is a perfect tool and i would personally recommend it to anyone for cleaning both the house and car with.

A good quality item as to be expected from this company, easy to use with a useful instruction booklet that for once can be read without a magnifying glass. Sucking back the dirty water is best done with very slow pull - back or it picks up very little ( it requires practice). Also the spray is quite generous so can be easy to soak the area quickly. Main complaint for me is it is quite noisy, otherwise very useful cleaner As a suggestion, try using a small amount of laundry cleaner once the solution provided is used up, works just as well for me.

Great little cleaner. I bought this as my ailing dog was having frequent accidents on my pale carpet and I had seemingly exhausted manual cleaning and scrubbing. One going over the area with this little machine and there was not a single trace that there had ever been an accident - no stain, no water marks and no smell. Its a small machine so you couldn't tackle a whole room with it, but for spills, accidents and just a general spruce up of any high traffic area it is perfect. I love the self-cleaning feature too as you know you're not storing dirty water and smells. Its light and small but perfect for moving around and up and down stairs, and easy to store too. Some reviews mention that it is noisy, but it is no worse than some vacuum cleaners and I would expect a certain amount of noise given the job it is doing. It leaves the carpet/fabric almost dry so you aren't waiting for hours to run the vacuum over it and finish the job. Overall, it is excellent value for money and I would recommend it.

Spot cleaner was delivered super quick and delivered with care by royal mail. Got the cleaner new for £92 which was a fantastic price and well happy 😁 I used it today and was easy to set up and use, my god it worked amazing and cleaned my car mats just to try it and came up like new considering they are over 12 years old, sucked an amazing amount of dirt out of them and the amazing suction left them almost dry which was so impressive. I got this mainly for my new puppy coming soon as I have new beige carpets and accidents will happen and this is going to be fantastic for keeping everything clean. I had an old stain on the arm of a chair which I was going to replace but this cleaner has brought it up like new again so it has actually paid for itself 10 times over. I'm actually gobsmacked with this. One of the best features is after use you can clean everything easy with the self clean function and everything comes apart to rinse and clean, I just left it overnight to dry, then it's easy to clip the hose around the 3 clips with one of the cleaning heads and the cable has its own bit to wrap around so it's very compact and sturdy, nice size, not heavy and easy storable. I had an old cleaner years ago but the cleaning head didn't come apart and it got full of carpet fibres and dirt and I had to use a knife to stick in to try and clean it, but as I mentioned it all comes apart easy so it's going away completely clean and like new which is a massive selling point for me, as you can maybe tell from this review I'm totally over the moon with this. Fantastic bit of kit. Used it to clean a large area after getting a puppy, which took a while, and now use it for those spot cleans. Lightweight. My 7 year old loves to use it when she notices puppy had a wee on the carpet. No complaints, does the job well and quite satisfying to see dirty water being sucked out the carpet. Handy to use when the dogs water bowl gets knocked over and creates a puddle in the kitchen. Perfect for spot cleans. Suitable for large areas if you have the patience

Excellent spot washer – brilliant results on upholstery and carpets Really impressed with this Vax spot washer. It’s excellent for cleaning upholstery, car seats, mattresses and rugs. Very easy to use, even if you’ve never used one before. It comes with cleaning solutions included, which is handy and enough to get you started — though you’ll definitely want to purchase more once you see how well it works. Great suction, lifts stains quickly, and leaves everything looking fresh again.

Well, where can l start. Looked good being a Vax, but NO l was unlucky this time as the Tank for Dirty water didnt materialize and when l used the tool to suck up for it to go into the dirt tank it did not, tried everything for it to work but did not, there was pool of water on the floor had to use 2 towels to mop up, not impressed at all. Got a full refund though, had to take my large case to Post Office to carry this large Parcel, well worth it.

Hired a cleaner from a DIY shop to clean this rug 4 weeks ago rubbish. So bought this little devil and wow beautiful work, ok a smaller tank but well worth it the results speak for themselves

I recently purchased the SpotWash Duo Spot Cleaner and I'm really impressed with the results. The machine is easy to assemble and simple to use. I have used it on the arm rest part of my sofa which is the most stained and I was delighted at how clean it was after using it. Pros: ● Easy to set up and use, even for first-time users. ●Strong suction Cons: ●Some dampness can remain after cleaning, requiring drying time. ●Stubborn or old stains may require multiple passes and a good cleaning solution. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. For the price, I believe it offers excellent value. I would highly recommend.
