The crystals on the straps broke off and the main metal parts also broke. Then, the glass on the watch face broke and a small crack grew into a bigger loss - eventually, the entire glass case broke. . Since I was out of the return period, I wrote to the company and they never replied - sadly I am left with a beautiful watch that has no practical use.
