Not sure it is 100% compatible, but does seem to charge and never seems to reach full charge
I bought this for my several year old 4-in-1 phaze charger (originally bought from Halfords around 2018 or 2019). I had lost my original charger. When I use this product, it seems that the battery in the 4-in-1 does charge, but the charging level never attains a green LED status to inidicate that the battery is fully charged. The charging indiactor LED remains red. I tried it for over two days plugged in. With the original charger it would tale only a few hours at most.
