In men’s pants size what’s the biggest that would fit this costume?

I’m 6’4” and 290 pounds with a 38 inch waist. I had loads of room left over. You could definitely get away with a 44 inch waist. You might be able to get as much as 48, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Do you make custom designs?

Hello, our store does not support customized products.

I have this costume and would like to add another fan with battery pack. Is it possible to purchase fan/battery pack separately?

Our store doesn't sell fans. You can search on Amazon (inflatable fan for dinosaur costume)

No the fan is not loud, the costume is quite fun
