Is this comparable to zyrtec? Meaning do we need a Dr ok to switch?

It is comparable as it is an antihistamine like Zyrtec. My children (3, 4, and 12) have taken both. Xyzal recommends taking at night vs. morning is the only difference. Follow dosage and no difference at all.

Why does it say to use enclosed dosing cup only? We cant use a different thing?
