If you only have Liquid Propane available in your area, do not purchase this rangetop
Manufacturer claims in its product specs, that this rangetop is compatible with LP, and that a conversion kit is available upon request. That's not true. I contacted them back in January and requested a conversion kit. They charged me $10.80 for shipping. After one month without news, I contacted the manufacturer again, and they replied that this kit was not in stock and that could not tell when they would receive them. As a result, I have a brand new fancy rangetop installed in my kitchen, but cannot use it.

Terrible customer service
Nice stove but it does not come with the converter for natural gas to propane gas. Called the company just to find out what a comparable kit would be and while they call it “customer support” they don’t know anything. We now have to EMAIL the warehouse. What do you think the chances of me getting a return email are? Dealing with gas is a pretty big deal, you would think it wouldn’t be this hard.

Very bad product
Such a bad product and customer service is horrible. I paid $250 to install the product and from first day I am facing same issue. They are not ready to return. I need my money back. Amazon is also not supporting. What is the perpous of buying from Amazon when they don't support

Overall great stove. Gets the job done. Have to mess with the gas. And must be knowledgeable to install or higher someone to install
