Started with only 1 drop. Cautiously. Took it with some water and waited... After a few minutes, I realized a pleasant surprise: my apetite was returning timidly. No more than 3-4 times a day. More than 8 drops, it was too salty for my tastes. A word of caution, though, that has to be noted : Do not overdo it! Too much could even be disturbing for the system (mostly, for the kidneys). I think that, although this is quite natural (from a natural source and almost not processed), it still won't meet the individual needs 100% AND all the time. I have the feeling that the body needs a variety of other similar products, all taken in moderate - and for sure, not exaggerated - quantities. Also, the body needs to 'wean off' these substances for a while. For example, pure spring-water, during such intervals, can act as an excellent chelator... And then again enrich your nourishment and nutrition, and so on.... Good supplement!!! May it be available at an affordable price!!!!

I really like the fact that the minerals come from deep ocean near vents and would have given it 5 stars if not for the plastic it comes in. Almost defeats the purpose of gathering product as mentioned above. As someone who is depleted of magnesium in particular these minerals have improved my overall wellbeing. Tip: the taste is a bit strong but if you brush teeth before taking you don't taste it. I found this out by accident.
