SALOMON Men's X Ultra Pioneer Mid Climasalomon Waterproof Trail Running Shoe

I had an older pair of Salomon contagrip boots that's I wore for years. Just like them, these were instantly comfortable. Great boots for all weather.

Comfortable, light weight, weatherproof, great grip,fit perfectly, worth every penny

These boots are fine for short general use such as walking the dog. Somehow, my feet always seem to be pushed to the front, jamming my feet into the toe box and making heel rub a real issue. For anything more strenuous, I still go back to my old Salomon X Ultra 3 Mid GTXs. The Salomon X Ultra 4 Mid GTXs are also a definite step backwards from the 3s, in my opinion. I soooo wish they'd make the 3s again.

My husband is very pleased with these. He did go up a size as suggested by other reviewers.

I had a bit of trouble wearing them in but now they are so comfortable and fit perfectly.Great boots

Great fit light weight perfect for all day walking in warmer weather

These boots are appalling and do not do the job they're meant for! Don't buy! I'm walk a lot with my dog and have gone through quite a few boots doing so and these are by far the worst I've ever used. They're not worth the money as they let water through worse than my canvas trainers, they're not as comfortable as they should be and are tight plus they make your feet sweat. Don't waste your money
