Is this good to break into smaller sizes for training treat?

I don’t see why not. It’s very soft, easy to break into pieces. Our sun conure loves this food.

Can this be frozen? I have one umbrella and feed multiple foods.

I wouldn't. Freezing food can cause mold to grow from the icicles inside the food/pellets as it thaws. I store mine in the frodge in a air tight container to keep it fresh.
