Très beau produit rassemblage de qualité matière bien épaisse mousse bien épaisse néanmoins suffisamment ferme. Idéal pour effectuer des exercices de gainage de fitness gym yoga ou autre. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Good product, but not anti-slip
This is a good exercise mat; plenty thick enough to substantially reduce shock to the joints/body while fast-paced stepping in place. The mat would be even better if it were a bit firmer. I would rate it as 80% firm. Proiron calls the mat "anti-slip", but it still slips some on laminate flooring, even though I have put down sticky mat between the exercise mat and the floor. Nevertheless, I would still purchase this mat all over again.
