I am really please with the Lifestream Organic Barley grass. I have tried a lot of different green grass supplements, but I think this one is the best one. It taste fresh and it has really helped my husbands knee pains.

After taking this for a few weeks its to early to say whether it has affected my acid/alkaline reading. I think you have to take it for a bit longer than I have at the moment. It certainly tastes alright, I put teaspoon in water. I have a feeling that it is doing me good so for that reason I would recommend. Next step is another to buy another jar and try ph strips. Very good service and arrived a couple of days after ordering.

I've been taking this for over a week to reduce acidity and hopefully combat bloating. It is early days but so far there seems to be little change. I mix the powder with juice but it doesn't mix well so I usually add a small drop of hot water. The taste is reasonable but the look of it is a bit disgusting. I will continue on and update at a later time, hopefully with more positive comments.

Great to detox your body out if toxins. Best drunk with water first thing in the morning on empty stomach . Then allow a couple of hours before the meal. Works great. Been drinking it by mixing with wheat grass powder almost every day. Improved my health considerably!
