ORIGINAL REVIEW ON: April 28, 2024At first, I was not at all impressed by the comb visually as it is pretty minimal in design save the multi-utility cut-outs and I wasn’t thrilled by the amount of plastic/cellophane that the comb shipped with (it came with a small plastic bag, inside a slightly bigger bag, inside a paper envelope, all inside another bigger bag.That said, I am surprised at the quality and rigidity of the comb and am shocked at how gentle it is for coarse hair texture (it seems to be gentle even on long-thick hair such as1c-2a)Further, if your hair is kinky (4a-4c) I suspect that the long comb teeth would actually be acceptable for parting or sectioning areas of the scalp quite nicely! (Although I haven’t tested it for sure)See pictures to get an idea of the length of the comb teethIt is gentle for fine-to-course beard hair too! Tested it!PROS: slim, sturdy (think as sturdy as a house key but slimmer), and small enough to fit in my ridge-wallet!Potential EDC and primary comb!Ergonomic in the hand — I personally place my thumb in the bottle-opener hole and the smaller fingers along the hexagonal screw-holes to stabilize my combing strokes. Rather lucky design!!!Nice long comb teeth that are sanded/polished — apparently this was a common complaint in previous buyers’ reviews and I do see that the comb teeth points are rounded and not blunted with an edge that could make combing less smooth)CONS:The logo “Resafy” appears rather prominently on one side, and can be somewhat distracting to the overall minimalist design— but NOT a dealbreaker.I suspect that the stainless steel could quickly become oily from the oils on the scalp and fingers so be aware that you may need to wipe it so that it doesn’t slip.It might get hot if you use a hot blow drier as stainless steel conducts heat!Likely may rust if used in the shower though I cannot confirm this to be so as I just received this!Suggestions: I wish that this comb also came with at least one side with a mirror finish so as to see your reflection— however I may just polish one side myself.

This sturdy comb is comfortable to use even on a thick beard. The edges of the teeth are just rounded enough not to pull the hairs, but strong enough to detangle knots! The bottle opening works really well and doesn't flex. The flat blade screw-driver works great for tightening a loose switch plate/outlet cover. I haven't tried the hex driver, but it should work fine as long as your expectations are low. Really well packaged also. Overall very happy with my purchase!

The edges and machines nicely, this feels smooth and not sharp or jagged. The can opener feature is a hard no. Makes me wonder if the engineers even tried it themselves. I have it a good college try and it just couldn’t do anything to a can. For that false advertisement I am docking one star. But it fits wonderfully in my wallet and is true to the size of other credit cards.

I bought this when my hair was longer and more flowy. To keep it looking clean during long shifts I would need to re-style it every couple hours, and this comb was perfect for that. It fits perfectly in my MagSafe wallet attached to my phone, giving me constant access and ease of use. It also just feels really good, with a weighty heft thanks to it being stainless steel. On hot days especially, the material feels nice and cool through my hair. It’s also durable, holding up when used as a bottle-opener. All this for being the size of a credit card makes it an easy recommendation for anyone.

My little Yorkie needs frequent brushing to keep his hair from tangling and matting. I always hated using the bulky grooming brush on his little face, around his eyes. This comb has solved that problem! It's small enough to maneuver around his eyes, but extremely sturdy for pulling through his thick beard. Now his face and beard are smooth and tangle-free like the rest of him. This is an excellent, quality product. Exceeded my expectations!

I would have gave it five stars had it not been for they gave me a different style all together. The one I received was a double sided comb but works for what I needed to do.

Me, a woman who always carry little plastic combs everywhere, and always have them broken, I am very happy with this sturdy comb. It is small and slim enough to fit inside my wallet. And well made to don't hurt your skin. Just bought one for hubby too.
