Good as snacks as they are and for making rich broth
I eay these as snacks when I drink rum. Makes me feel pretty piratey. These are also great for making broth.

Tasty and easy to use
Quite a few recipes call for a few dried anchovies to make the broth a little richer. These do the job nicely and can be diced easily. I realize I've given 5 stars to a bag of dead fish, but these have worked well in the recipes I've used them in.

Good Quality!
I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted these dried anchovies, they didn't have the bitter, salty taste I have experienced with other dried fish. Our cats and dogs also love these, will definitely purchase again.
