NIHKAN Dehydrated Sprouts | High protein | Instant Ready to eat Sprouts - Super Food Meal | Gluten-Free, Vegan, Plant Based | 100% Natural (Mung Beans)

Fresh and crunchy

Nice product with zipper bag. Just received. Tomorrow will prepare and let's know later

A great instant protein meal. I enjoyed the moong beans mixed with tomato & onions on my sandwich.

The texture of NihKan's chickpea flour is so good! My mom made falafels using it.

Quick to cook and very convenient!

You have to boil the sprouts before eating and sometimes they remain hard. Not as good as fresh sprouts but if you don't have time to make your own quite convenient.

Very easy to use. Just boiled for 10 mins and sprouts were instant to use. Taste was like fresh moong sprouts.

A great instant protein meal quick to cook and very convenient. Easy to make very good in taste liked it.

Aww I understand people might not have liked it but these were great for my conures

While researching sprouted beans or healthy fast-to-cook options, read about Nihkan’s Dehydrated Sprouts gaining popularity in the UK Amazon market. I was impressed to read about the process of dehydration –a sun-drying methodology in a natural closed environment that preserves the original nutritious content and taste. These beans are free of preservatives and rich in taste. A super convenient option for weekday dinner or even when friends are visiting over the weekend! We also tried taking the sprouts packet for camping or overnight trips, easy to cook and mouth-watering taste. Earlier, I used to sprout my beans but it takes a few days for this process, and have to pre-plan. In today’s busy schedule especially with kids, it is difficult to find time to soak the beans and prepare them for sprouting. The instructions on the packet make the cooking process super clear. I love the recipes posted on the manufacturer’s website and Amazon – videos of the product. I wish to see more and more recipes either from the new users or the manufacturer. I won’t be amazed if very soon I stumble upon blogs for Nihkan’s recipes. So far we have cooked usal (traditional moong curry), and salads with beans. I found these beans easier to digest, and healthier options to rely on in the modern lifestyle. My next step is to try the dehydrated sprouts – super 7-grain mix…

I make my own sprouted beans which are delicious so I thought I'd give these ago. Sadly a true waste of time after cooking for nearly 30 minutes I decided after spitting out a a few I thought the would be best chucked out as I did not know anyone who needed gravel. What a awful😖 waste of my money delivery packaging . PLEASE 🙏 DO NOT WASTE your money, sprout your own In a glass jar all bought on amazon.u

I bought these to try out in salads and stir fry - they proved to be a real eye-opener. Easy to use and a really quick way of adding extra nutrients to meals. My daughters are vegetarian so this is a perfect way of adding a little extra something to dishes, the crunch is lovely and the flavour light and delicious. Easy to store and something to have on hand.

These are perfect finding for sprout salad without having to go through the hassle of soaking etc. 100% recommend it!
