Super easy and fun as toy for kids
I bought them without any Holi. Easiest to fill water .. entire bunch gets filled one go. Once filled you gently keep pulling them down in a bowl . We had put it in tub for kids to play.. they loved it and enjoyed playing with them.

Mismatch with product description
I purchased a pack advertised as containing 333 balloons, but the package only had 111 balloons inside. This is a major mismatch with the product description and is not acceptable. Very disappointed with the incorrect quantity and lack of quality control.
