Very good product for calf and foot massage. Gifted it to my parents and they loved it. It gives very much relaxation after hectic day .

I paid nearly ₹14,000 for the Lifelong LLM99 in end of December 2022. It stopped working in June 2026. It took a month to get an engineer, who visited on 10 July and confirmed that the PCB needed replacement. After two months of daily follow-ups, Lifelong finally sent a PCB in September, charging me ₹1,067. When the engineer arrived to install it, he found that Lifelong had sent the wrong PCB, despite having the model number and photographs from his first visit. I was then told that the correct PCB was no longer available because the machine was over two years old. Their solution? Buy a new ₹14,000 machine and they would offer 50% cashback. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙇𝙇𝙈𝟵𝟵 𝙢𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙡 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙤𝙣. Lifelong, is this your after-sales policy? Sell a ₹14,000 product, stop stocking essential spares after two years, and then persuade customers to buy another one at a discount? I bought Lifelong because I trusted the brand. I now regret that decision. Potential buyers: before buying Lifelong, ask yourself — if something fails after the warranty, will you get a spare part or simply be asked to buy another machine? A brand is judged not by how it sells, but by how it supports customers after the sale. Lifelong has failed that test for me.

I have been using the Lifelong Foot & Calf Massager for over 3 weeks now, and here’s my honest review. The build quality and overall design are quite good. It looks sturdy, premium, and feels stable while using it. The foot massage function works really well and gives good relief after a long day. However, the calf massage is not very satisfying, especially if you have thinner calves. The rollers and pressure seem to work better for people with bigger or heavier calves. If your calves are slim, you may not feel enough grip or pressure for an effective massage. Overall, it’s a decent product mainly for foot massage, but the calf massage could have been designed better for all body types. My rating: 3 out of 5 stars.
