This nifty little saw is just what I have needed. I wasn’t seeking it out, but went out on a limb when it was suggested. I have many trees to trim and cut down and this saw works great! The battery was way better than I anticipated (similar to using the Worx weed eater) I have used it probably on as big as 5-6 inch trunks. How well it cuts absolutely depends on the type of wood and the sharpness of your blade. I have been so pleased with my multiple Worx tools that I risked it. So glad I did. No need for cords, oils, fluids with this saw. It is fairly lightweight and easy to handle. Always wear eye protection! I put a longer pruning blade in it. Great value, so far good quality. Have used it several different work days at this point.

Worked as it should, used existing Worx batteries. Like the idea of using it both as a jig saw and as a reciprocating saw. Used at a salvage yard where no cutoff saws were allowed.

I had to take a star off because the directions suck. They don't explain anything. All you get is pictures that don't explain anything. I still have no idea what the pendulum switch does. Besides that. The saw is great. I've used it twice so far doing big yard work and it worked great. The battery life lasted long. I did about an hour work and still had about 90% battery life left. I already have the worx weed whacker and now I got the saw. I love having tools that are run on lithium batteries. It makes doing work so much easier. I highly recommend this product.

Handy little tool battery last for the amount given

I got this to avoid using a chainsaw to cut up some logs that never got cut up for firewood since, we're running low, and the firewood guy said a week, 3 weeks ago. It doesn't vibrate much long as you keep the cut strait but it does take some strength and some skill. Rocking it some as you saw helps just like doing it by hand. Listing mentioned 2" wood cutting but it got through that 5" log with a larger blade I bought for it just fine. It just takes some time. A chainsaw is faster but this is safer. It does get hot so to be safe, I suggest taking breaks so it doesn't get too hot. I was taking plenty of breaks just because my hands are weak.

....worx well as a handy reciprocating saw, worx well as a jigsaw, but not for real precision cuts as there is no roller-support to guide the sawblade. But good enough for any other jigsaw jobs which dont require high accuracy and precision. Id say its versatile farm- and around the house tool and I like it !
