Works well. Very bright. Might be tough in bedside lamp because very bright if power goes out during the night

They worked perfect when we lost power for 35 hrs.

The media could not be loaded.  They are easy to use, very bright and do not get warm or hot.I got these with the intention to have one in every room for emergency lighting when needed. My only concern is that some of them turn off like a regular bulb and some don't.However, I think its more of the lighting fixtures that's the issue, not the bulbs. My reason for this thought: I did a little trial and error. I took the one that turns off in my son's room into my room and it doesn't shut off. I also took the one from the kitchen that doesn't shut off and put it in my son's room and then it did shut off.So this leaves the fixtures to be the reason and not the bulbs.

This area gets lots of power outages, and reading by an oil lamp is pretty difficult. I got this product so I could have a portable light when the power goes out that doesn't take batteries, as my flashlight batteries are always low when I need them. Yesterday the power went out during a storm and the light bulbs - in two lamps in my living room - lit up automatically and stayed bright enough to read by for the 4-5 hours the power was off. Over time the brightness fades but was still enough to see to read, and I didn't have to do anything to get them working. They just came on automatically. And they do not heat up, which is a good thing since they are portable with the little hook that comes with them. I could have carried one into the bedroom, fresh from the lamp socket, without burning my hand removing them. Recommend.

My area may sometimes get power outages and I would resort to candles. Well never again. They rechargable bulbes are wonderful. When the ppwer is out, i flip the switch on off as normal to ligjt the room. They shine bright white light and i barely notice the difference with regular power. Love it.

Haven't had a power outage yet so not sure how well they work but they did work great when charged.

Was surprised to take the bulbs out of the box and with the attachment was able to hang them to already use! I screwed in some to light fixtures and have some to grab as soon as a power outage hits. I don’t know yet how long the charge lasts but will check periodically and recharge.

Work like they say. Love this bulb. Highly Recommend
