I have had this pillow now for six months. I have used it both during pregnancy and after and could not be more pleased with it. It has provided a wide range of benefits uses. The cover is a soft jersey material that unzips for easy removal. I wash it once a week and the material and zipper have both held up nicely. It is a little bit of effort to replace the cover after washing due to the size and shape of the pillow, but the generous opening makes it fairly easy. The pillow itself has a zipper also so you can customize the level of stuffing, more or less, to your liking, though I left it as is and found it to be perfect for my needs. During pregnancy the pillow helped me stay on my side comfortably. I could move the sides of the pillow where I wanted them for optimal comfort and no more aches and pains in my hips, back, or shoulders. Now that I have had baby I throw one leg of the pillow behind me on top of the headrest and it becomes a nice back rest for late night feedings. After baby is back asleep in his bassinet I bring the leg of the pillow back down and enjoy a few more hours of pain free rest. I wish I had this pillow years ago for my hips, back, and neck and I expect I will continue using it for years to come. Now that I am able to sleep on my back once again I find having the support for my shoulders and ability to adjust the legs of the pillow to prop up my knees to be very comfortable. As a woman with previous sexual trauma, sleep was always something difficult for me but this pillow provides me that sense of comfort as it hugs me from both sides and I have had much more restful nights as a result. When my husband and I want to snuggle he moves one leg of the pillow out of the way so no problems there. Great pillow with many benefits and uses.

I suffered through sleep with my first pregnancy with an assortment of different pillows gathered from our bed and couch. This pregnancy, I decided to splurge on a real pregnancy pillow. Boy am I glad I did. It made resting comfortable again. I was afraid that it would be difficult to have proper neck posture, especially side-sleeping, with this pillow. I have serious neck tension problems which lead to debilitating headaches, and regular pillows of all thickness and firmness levels have all let me down most of the last decade. I had planned to turn the pillow around and put the "U" between my feet, but amazingly, it felt perfect under my head, and I have had nary a neck tension headache in the time I've been using it. That in itself is pretty phenomenal. But in addition to that, it helped support and recover my belly and back and hips through some serious pregnancy pains, including back strain so bad I couldn't straighten up for over a day, and symphysis pubis dysfunction, which is pretty horrific. I suspect that this pillow, along with chiropractic, played a role in helping my joints and ligaments align for optimal baby positioning for a good birth. Our firstborn was anterior and on the right, and I had awful, awful back labor and was in labor for 42.5 hours after my water had broken and had to be induced with Pitocin. With this pregnancy, the baby aligned her back to my left side around the beginning of the third trimester and rarely moved. When it was time to go into labor, she moved down easily (if that can be said of any labor) and rotated perfectly for a fast and effective labor with far less back pain.

Purchased 60 inch pillow with Jersey Knit Cover and am 5 months pregnant. For back pain I initially tried using extra pillows or rolled up blankets for support but they didn't alleviate the back pain and so I caved after a friend recommended this product from her pregnancy. I delayed due to the cost but my husband has always wanted a body pillow so I figured if it didn't work out...no great loss. We both have slept incredibly well using the pillow and I would certainly recommend it to others. Pros: - Jersey Knit Cover is stretchy (so I imagine it's easy to get on and off), soft and quite cool to the touch. - Pillow is comfortable. Even though you can add extra fill due to the zipper, I feel this is just the right firmness level. - Helps alleviate back pain. - Helps encourage you to sleep on your side which is important in your 2nd and 3rd trimester. - 60 inches works fine for my 6'2" or my husband's 6'8" frame. - Have a Cal King bed and it only takes up my side of the bed. - Even if I toss/turn while sleeping at night & wake up to pee a bunch of times, I still feel well rested using this pillow. Cons: - It requires some getting use to if you naturally move around a lot in your sleep or if you're not a pillow snuggler. - Not super helpful if you have acid reflux during your pregnancy. I may try putting the pillow up on a gradient of other pillows but then that may throw off the support or alignment for my back. Who knows.

For reference: I am 5'2" and was ~128lbs before pregnancy and ~145lbs now at 6.5 months and I've gained everything in my belly. I also was a sometimes back / sometimes side sleeper before pregnancy. Before purchasing this I'd tried one of the simple wedge pillows assuming, since I've only gained in my belly, propping it up was really all I needed. That didn't work for me. It was too firm, made me feel like I was on too much of an incline, and made my back hurt. Pros: Price isn't too bad (although I wish I'd gotten away with the $20 wedge!) and I really like the jersey fabric. It's breathable and the cover is easy to remove, wash, and it's not too bad to put back on. The contours in the middle of the pillow - one to go under your belly and the other against your back - are really great. I like that the pillow is soft enough to have some of it under the bump without making me feel pressure there but also there's enough to it where when pushed against my back I do feel support from it. It definitely has made my pelvic pain less and offers the support I need on my lower back/belly. I also really like that it's symmetrical so that when I switch sides at night (which I do often) I don't have to also flip a giant pillow cocoon. It certainly helps me to be a side-only sleeper. I was also really happy to find out that I don't get neck issues with this. Before I needed this pillow I used one of those ergonomic foam pillows and was worried about giving it up. Added bonus: I've propped myself up with this to sit in bed in order to get my legs out straight for awhile and it's pretty comfortable in that position as well. Cons: I don't like that I have to have my down-side (against-the-mattress) arm under the pillow to not feel cramped. It is comfortable that way, it's just annoying getting used to literally being encapsulated. I also get leg cramps at night now and usually worse in whichever leg I have down-side. I need to have the pillow in between my legs to help the pelvic pain, but sometimes that causes the cramp in the lower leg to be worse. I don't think there is an alternate pillow solution for that though.

This is the third pillow in a saga of pregnancy pillows that I have tried, and third time is a charm! I am a stomach/side sleeper, so I first tried a c-shape pillow, thinking it would be good to keep me off of my stomach. But I hated how restricting it was. Then, I tried to make my own u-shape pillow, but the dimensions were wrong and I hated it too. So I bought this one! I am 5'5" and the 60" one is a great fit for me. The bump in the middle is right in the right spot to support my growing belly. I love how floppy and a little heavy this pillow is. It stays where you put it, instead of sliding out from under you. The stuffing is an awesome texture. It is supportive and firm enough, yet fluffy like a down alternative. It offers the perfect support for my back, hips and belly, and keeps my chest and shoulders from collapsing in while I am on my side. The u-shape allows me to switch from side to side and still be comfortable. It is liked being cocooned in a cloud. The first night using it, I slept better than I have in a long time, and my hips and back don't hurt as much as they did just using a regular pillow between my knees. Great product for a reasonable price, and it was delivered in a few days despite coronavirus. Definitely recommend.

I've had this pillow since 12 weeks (now at 21). I sleep in pretty much every position, on my stomach is by far my favorite. While nothing can ever truly replace sleeping on my stomach, this pillow has helped a ton. It allows me to throw my leg over it while still being on my side, which I can sometimes trick myself into feeling like I'm almost sleeping on my stomach. The U-shape is perfect for me because I toss, turn, and change positions to frequently that I don't have to take the pillow with me at every time, it's already there. It has helped a lot with back sleeping too, which is my second favorite sleeping position. I can prop myself up just enough to relief any pressure that might be on my vena cava, but still feel like I'm sleeping on my back. It has also definitely held it's shape extremely well and shows no signs of flattening. I also chose this specific item for the promise of a cooler pillow. I get very hot at night and could not fathom the idea of using one of those velour-like pillows. This cover has been extremely soft (not at all itchy as I've seem some other comment - and I'm pretty picky about that kind of thing), comfortable, and cool. I haven't gotten to summer time yet, but feel confident that this pillow will not cause me any trouble. Other bonuses: It's helped a little with acid reflux and keeps my dogs from sleeping on top of me (instead they snuggle up to the sides)!

I have been using this pillow for almost 2 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. At 12 weeks pregnant, I already felt uncomfortable sleeping on my back (I have really low blood pressure) and switched to side sleeping. I tried putting a pillow between my knees but that only helped a bit so I decided to look into getting a pregnancy pillow early (I love my sleep). I am amazed at how much this pillow help me... having one side to lean against with my back or one side with my stomach allow me to make small adjustments (like straightening my legs out more or one completely out plus shifting the weight from just one point on my hip to more on my butt or thighs) that seem to make all the difference in my sleep quality. When I was doing the one pillow between my leg thing, I would wake up 4 times a night to shift or would wake up on my back, this pillow solves all of that. I still wake up once to pee, but that just comes with the territory. Also of importance, this pillow was clean and odorless as soon as I pulled it out of it's packaging... no chemical/factory smell. The pillow case is nice and soft. And I was worried that I wouldn't like the head support since I'm slightly picky when it comes to pillow, but it is perfectly comfortable so I had zero trouble adjusting. This is all upside, ladies, so treat yourself and get this pillow sooner than later!

At first i found this comfy for at least a week. Now not so much. Goes flat and unsupportive, even after plumping up/ shaking pillow. Terribly overpriced £98, for a pillow that’s not even full inside. I had to buy my own poly stuffing which it is now comfortable but that’s more money I have spent. I contacted seller asking if they provide any more stuffing but they said no this is standard. Pricier isn’t always better on shops like these.

Jersey fabric is cooling. Product is high quality. Pillow is stuffed nicely. Shape and size as advertised. Compared to other more expensive products, this is really impressive. Its important to take the time to need the pillow to move the stuffing into the right place after opening the vacuum sealed bag. After about 48 hours, pillow was very fluffy. Its quite heavy and exceeded expectations.

If you are male and wish to make your pregnant wife happy then buy her this pillow. This pillow is super comfortable. You can wrap yourself up in these pillow arms. This will enable your prego miss to sleep comfortably on her side. This pillow will also help her breast feed with your new bub resting on the pillow. It has a removable pillow case for an eazy clean. This pillow is 10/10 for pregnate (or not) partners.
