I wanted a cheap knife for butchery of meat joints at home. Out of the box this knife shaved a patch of hair from my arm, which no fish filleting knife has yet managed without me putting some work in on sharpening. It get's five stars but I was thinking about taking one off as it's not obvious in the listings whether the blade is flexible or not. This one isn't which is great for butchery, so good that I'm thinking of replacing my current Victorinox flexible fish blade for one of these, but hard to tell (if at all) from their listings. If you want to buy a whole chicken and portion it yourself this knife is ideal and youtube shows you how. For fish, no good as the blade is too stiff for me at least. For the price it's amazing.
