Starrett Professional Stainless Steel Kitchen Boning Knife - Narrow Curved Profile - 5-inch (125mm) - Black Handle

Spent a few minutes sharpening it with a whetstone even though it was good straight from the box. Just me! Use a steel occasionally now and that does the job. It's my go to knife now even though it's not the right one for some jobs and I've got some very nice ones. Light, sharp, good value and easy clean. An all-round good product.

Great value for money, this is a no frills boning knife. It does exactly what I bought it to do and it keeps an edge, what more can you say about a knife. I wouldn't hesitate to buy further knives off them if I needed any.

Seems good steel

Ergonomic handle, a nice size and the blade is well made. It doesn't sharpen to the same edge as my more expensive stainless and carbon steel knives (using the same method), but for the price you don't have to worry about damaging it. If you need a boning knife, this isn't a purchase you'll regret.

Bought for cutting up deadbaits for pike and it's a great knife, very sharp and does the job brilliantly

Wow what a knife wasn't expecting a knife that is better than i thought for the price, its very sharp and a nice weight . Will be buying some different in same brand. And I filleted a chicken thigh perfectly without hacking it to bits.

I have been a butcher for 30 plus years . I have used all the market leaders and then seen these . For the price I thought I will try 1 . What a disappointment 1 the knife was blunt 2 after putting a edge on it the blade just rolled over . I would not advise any professional to buy them I would not ever use in the kitchen at home . Ended in the bin
