They also stop the table from scraping across the floor, so moving the table is much quieter.One thing I particularly like is that the pads are extremely thick. Unlike some thinner pads, these create a really good barrier between the metal table legs and the floor, which gives much better protection against rust, scratches and wear.The adhesive backing is very strong, and they were extremely easy to cut and fit.
