Fehlende Schrauben
Schöne Produkt, jedoch fehlen die passenden Schrauben. Nach Kundendienstanfrage wurde uns eine falsche Schrauben in geschickt.

Wie erwartet sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die beigelegten Schrauben sind essentieller Bestandteil des Halters, an deren Kopf wird der Haken selbst mit einer Madenschraube befestigt. Damit MUSS man die beiliegenden Schrauben verwenden. Diese sind leider für Fliesen mit ca 1.5cm und einer Altbau-Wand darunter deutlich zu kurz. Musste sie trotz hochwertiger Dübel dann zusätzlich einkleben.

Der Halter lässt sich mit den Schrauben nicht anschrauben, da die Schraube fehlerhaft ist !
