I love my steam mop so much I use it every day. This makes my floors so clean and it's very light and easy to use. I am also enjoying all the attachments to steam my mattress, chairs, couch and cabinets. This is the best steam mop I have owned.

somebody glued carpet to the stairs back . Carpet came up, but not the glue. I have tried just about everything on the market . Now it looks like black mold, coz the glue gets dirty . So embarrassing . I got this steamers. What the heck, i'll try it. SOOOO fast. the glue just fell off the stairs back. i used the long brush to help. 15 minuets later i have what looks like new stairs. OH JOY. Yes i would buy this again.

Where do I even begin? This product has been a lifesaver, helping me clean my kitchen stove and ceramic tiles in my bathroom. For my ceramic tiles, I make sure that I do not use the steam at the highest heat in order to avoid any weakening of any adhesive layers in my bathroom. It's lightweight, easy to use, and offers tons of versatility. Pros: - Versatility - Heats up within seconds - Looks great and is easy to store - Lightweight - Simple to use Cons: - not recommended for wood or laminate floors as the steam can cause cupping, bubbling, or even separation in the wood. For this reason, I removed a star since this takes away from its versatility.

Best mop. Strong mop, equipment is very nice. Cleaning pads are great quality. Cleans floors effortlessly. Heats up well. Attachments work. Light weight easy to handle. Water lasts long enough to do a great sized area.

Doesn't work well enough on any level - epic fail for me. I bought this for a room where I have vinyl floors, specifically because this is where I typically keep my foster dogs, and not all are potty trained when they arrive. It ended up being way too difficult overall to clean the floor with this - get out the vacuum first, then steam clean, then either have to keep everyone out till its dry or towel dry it myself. I ended up putting it in the closet and got a Bissel, which does the vacuuming and cleaning in one, way more convenient and less time/work. But I thought ok, at least I'll keep this B+D to use as a steamer. I finally had an opportunity to use as a steamer - steamed some new curtains I had put up. Learned that: it leaks hot water out of the steam attachment constantly; only has a 3' max cord, so have to hold the unit in one hand and steam with the other (yes, have to hold it a lot even on the low parts because if the hose connection isn't pointing somewhat downward it will stop steaming); its difficult to get the head to angle as you need it to and you can't hold the fabric in place/apply tension to get the wrinkles out because you've got the unit in your other hand. Took about an hour and a half to get the curtains in decent shape, and I only did the top 60%, didn't bother with the 40% bottom part that is blocked by the couch. So... one more try, why not use up the rest of the water in the canister (4th fill), I'll steam my countertops. Started with the scrub brush, realized steam didn't seem to be hitting the countertop, nope, granite was COLD. Switched to the scrubber glove, steam shot out the front of the glove through a groove, the back scrubbers don't even hit the counter because the hose plug keeps it off the counter, and with that the countertop was only warm. I thought the point was for the steam to clean and sanitize, which would require heat and steam actually hitting the countertop. Anyway, I end this really long review by saying that if all you want is something to clean and sanitize a very small area of flooring, then it may be worth it. But if you want to do a decent sized room, no more than 10x10, then I personally wouldn't bother, and don't count on using it as a steamer at all.

We had neglected the chemicals in our hot tub for a while and had a pretty serious mold problem on the cover. When I first discovered it, I cleaned using a mold cleaner, but that didn’t take care of the problem and it came back. I use the steam cleaner on it and the results were nothing less than amazing. I have attached a video to show you how well it cleans mold off. I’ve been impressed with how well it cleansall of the other things that I’ve used it on. The cleaning mitt is a really awesome accessory. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

Great overall purchase. Cleans like a dream. Just won't get all of the attachments pictured. I did not get the carpet/upholstery cleaner but I think that has more to do with the model and location difference of the product. Other than that, it did come with the number of attachments that were in the title.

I do love the extension with the mitt, I use it often! The only disappointment for me is that is leaves streaks on my tile floor. I use this pretty much every other day on my tile and it is definitely frustrating. I've never had another steam mop do this before.

Very functional product, saves me a lot of time with cleaning up where i don't have to get down on my hands/knees to scrub. The device using their cloth/tool attachments are very good.

I thought since I was ordering from Amazon Singapore, having it sent to a Singapore address, the voltage would be for Singapore, just took a look, and found out it's for USA voltage, and now need to use a converter, extra item to try to lug around while using. I just took a look at description, and the voltage was not mention. Very very disappointed.

It would have been helpful to know the plug is for the US

Lo desempaqué hoy y lo armé de acuerdo al instructivo, es fácil de ensamblar. Agregué agua al depósito, lo conecté, lo encendí y después de unos segundos, empezó a salir vapor. El vapor duró unos 5 segundos y se detuvo, después empezó un gran fuga de agua como se ve en el video. Repetí las instrucciones unas 5 veces más con el trapeador y con la manguera y lo mismo, la fuga es del cuerpo del depósito. Elegí éste por el prestigio de la marca pero gran decepción. Listo para solicitar devolución. Tal vez mala suerte que este equipo venía con ese defecto.
